SP293 (Adjustable viscosity)
SP291LV (Low viscosity) 

SP293 is a two-component foaming polyurethane adhesive material. Component A contains hydroxyl
groups, and component B is a curing agent, which is isocyanate.
After mixing A and B, it will cure to form a potting adhesive with a foaming rate of 3-5 times.

 

 SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

1. Comply with ROSH and REACH;
2. Thermal conductivity, flame retardant, CTI value ≥ 600;
3. Curing method: room temperature curing or 65ºC-30min can be fully cured.

 

 

APPLICATION EXAMPLES

• 1. Filling, coating, casting, good bonding between metal and plastic;
  2. Communication equipment, transformers, control power supplies, ignition controllers, electronic sensors, etc.;
