S85X- series

S854 / S857 - Elastic High Temperature Sealant (equivalent to Teroson 6302)
S855 - High strength High Temperature Sealant (equivalent to SikaPower 4506/ 4508)

S85X is a one component, heat-curing adhesive and sealant based on flexible epoxy , acrylate resin.
As a sealant, it is especially designed for sealing on E-coated surfaces prior to a paint or powder-coating 230ºC heat curing process 
 

 

 
SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Adheres well to most E-coated substrates and to oily metal substrates.
• Suitable for powder-coating processes.
• High temperature resistance of 160-220 ºC(320-430°F), no aging and discoloration.
• Spot welding still possible.
• Does not contain solvents or PVC.

 

APPLICATION EXAMPLES

• Used for bonding clean steel plates or electrophoresis plates, wet glue or powder paint can be sprayed after curing.
  Used for sealing, waterproofing, dustproofing and corrosion prevention of internal and external welds of car bodies.
