Polyurethane Potting Adhesive for Automotive Electronic Three-phase hybrid inverter




SP297 is a solvent-free, high-performance two-component polyurethane potting adhesive. The resin part (PART A) contains hydroxyl. The curing agent (PART B) is based on isocyanate. After mixing A and B, it is cured to form an elastomer, and the volume does not change significantly.

It can be cured between 15-65 degrees without bubbles, with high volume resistivity and flame retardant grade of UL94 V-0

The operating container will be cleaned before use. Mixing the main agent and stiffening agent, With the different kinds of stiffening agents and quantity. The process should be completed as soon as possible.

Storage: Sealed and stored in a dry, cool, dark, and well-ventilated place. It is recommended to operate in an environment with a temperature of 5-25 ºC and a humidity of ≤ 50% RH. .
