MS-191 silane-modified coating is a high-performance, neutral one-component coating based on SITP polymer. It reacts with water to form an elastic material, and its surface drying time and curing time are related to temperature and humidity. Increasing temperature and humidity can reduce surface drying and curing time, and low temperature and low humidity can also delay this process.

MS-191 silane-modified coating is an odorless, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and PVC-free material. The product has been proven to have excellent UV resistance, so it can be used not only indoors but also outdoors.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

 

 

20 KG can paint 5m² each time

Please paint at least 2 times to make sure the effect. And it will get a perfect effect if painted 3 times.
 

Coat film

Thickness:  1mm, usage is 1.4kg per square meter

Thickness:  2mm, usage is 2.5kg per square meter

Thickness : 3mm, usage is 3.8kg per square meter

Thickness:  5mm, usage is 6.25kg per square meter
 

 

First Step

Brushing the part like corner, tube root, then symmetrical scraping. The thickness of the coating is generally 0.5mm. (Avoid bubbles). When operating, it should be considered about the size, shape, and environment of the construction area.

 

Second Step

Symmetrical scraping when the coating is completely solidified (about 12 hours later). The thickness of the coating should be 0.7mm, and the direction of smearing should be perpendicular to the first time. The specific operation is the same as the first step.

 

Third Step

Symmetrical scraping when the coating is completely solidified (about 12 hours later). The direction of smearing should be perpendicular to the second time. The specific operation is the same as the first step. The operation time depends on the design thickness, the overall thickness is 2.0-2.2mm.

 

Finally

Protection: If necessary, a proper protective layer can be operated on the surface of the coating. Tools Cleaning: It can be soaked in toluene or xylene. It is strictly forbidden to immerse in alcohol and other alcohol solvents. If it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned immediately with alcohol or other organic solvents. The cured glue can only be scraped or torn off.

 

NOTE

Note:

Protection: If necessary, a proper protective layer can be operated on the surface of the coating. The use of a protective layer can better waterproof and prolong the waterproofing time.

You can also use no protective layer. This is a UV-resistant waterproof coating.
