A Two-component Silicone and Polyurethane gap filler for every need

SEPNA thermally conductive liquid gap fillers are highly flexible solutions for consistent thermal conductivity, high insulation, and effective electrical isolation.

Chemically tunable gap fillers can be specified to highlight every important characteristic you need.


Our PU and Silicone gap fillers are suitable for various model platforms, uneven surfaces, and thicknesses. SEPNA works with major leading dispensing equipment manufacturers worldwide to help ensure efficient automated application. SEPNA provides thermally conductive gap fillers in pails and drums and can provide them in 400ml double plastic tubes for initial prototyping.

The model SS263P is a Two-component paste silicone gap filler, mixed 1:1 by mass and cured to a high-performance elastomer that molds to the structure's shape, providing the best structural suitability and surface fit of structural components. It meets the needs of low stress and high compression modulus and can be automated. Low contact thermal resistance and high electrical insulation when assembled with electronic products. Healthy and environmentally friendly, RoHS compliant.
