High Volume Resistivity Thermally Conductive Flame Retardant  Polyurethane Potting Compound

SP297 (Adjustable viscosity)
SP291LV (Low viscosity) 

SP297 is a solvent-free, high-performance two-component polyurethane encapsulant. The resin part
(component A) contains hydroxyl groups, and the curing agent (component B) is based on isocyanate.
After mixing A and B, it is cured to form an elastomer. The volume did not change significantly.
It can be cured between 15-65 degrees without bubbles, high volume resistivity, flame retardant grade
UL94 V-0 and other characteristics.
