SEPNA SP297 two-part epoxy and polyurethane adhesive with a 100:15 mix ratio for electric Junction boxes

 

SP297 is a solvent-free,  High-performance two-component polyurethane potting adhesive.

The resin part (component A) contains hydroxyl groups,
and the curing agent (component B) is based on isocyanate. After mixing,

A and B are cured to form an elastomer with no significant volume change.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

 

Manual mixing process (230g mixing volume)

1. Preheating: AB components in at low temperature, the viscosity will become high, it is recommended to preheat to 20 ~ 25 ºC, easy to use.

2. Mixing: Weigh the components A and B according to the proportion, mixing vertical stirring rod, clockwise (or counterclockwise) in the same direction and rapid mixing for 3 minutes, 110-120 circles/min, pay attention to the bottom of the container, the edge of the

3. Potting: Pour the mixed products into the device (Note: 2-3 minutes to fill the product with glue), if the product has a complex structure and large volume, it should be potted in stages.

The operating container will be cleaned before use. Mixing the main agent and stiffening agent, With the different kinds of stiffening agents and quantity. The process should be completed as soon as possible.

Storage:   Shelf life: 6 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +8ºC to + 28ºC.
