SP297 0.64 W Two Component polyurethane sealant Insulation Thermal Conductivity Potting Adhesive

 

SP297 is a solvent-free, high-performance two-component polyurethane potting compound. The resin part (Part A) contains hydroxyl groups, and the curing agent (Part B) is based on isocyanate. They were mixing A and B cures to form an elastomer without any significant volume change.

The product can be cured between 15-65 degrees without bubbles, has high volume resistivity, and has flame retardant grade UL94 V-0.
 

 

 

 

Mixture ratio: AB=100:15 (Mass ratio)

Thermal conductivity 0.64W/m.k

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

 

Manual mixing process (230g mixing volume)

1. Preheating: AB components in the low temperature, the viscosity will become high, it is recommended to preheat to 20 ~ 25 ºC, easy to use.

2. Mixing: Weigh the components A and B according to the proportion, mixing vertical stirring rod, clockwise (or counterclockwise) in the same direction and rapid mixing for 3 minutes, 110-120 circles/min, pay attention to the bottom of the container, the edge of the

3. Potting: Pour the mixed products into the device (Note: 2-3 minutes to fill the product with glue), if the product has a complex structure and large volume, it should be potted in stages.

The operating container will be cleaned before use. Mixing the main agent and stiffening agent, With the different kinds of stiffening agents and quantity. The process should be completed as soon as possible.

 

PACKING AND STORAGE

 
 

Package specification: PART A: 25KG per bucket PART B: 3.75KG per bucket

Storage: Shelf life: Part A for 12 months, Part B for 9 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +8ºC to + 28ºC. .

Transportation:   Moisture-proof, rainproof, sunproof, high-temperature roof, keep away from heat sources, handle with care, and do not squeeze or collide.
