After using
| 1. Clean the road surface First, use reflective cones or other warning barriers to enclose the road surface to be paved, then use a broom or road cleaner to clean the sundries and other garbage on the ground, and then use a blower to clean the dust on the ground. Note: the construction road surface shall not have water or moisture. The wet road surface will greatly reduce the adhesion of the colored road surface adhesive to road surface and seriously affect the bonding quality. |

2. Paste textured paper
Paste textured paper on the road according to the graphics design on the road.
Note: Textured paper must be attached to the outside of the graphic, not to the inside of the graphic, and it
must be pasted closely to the ground.

| 3. Mixing colored pavement adhesive Open the colored anti-skid pavement PART A and B, first use the mixer to mix the material, the mixing time is generally 60 seconds, then pour the PART B material into PART A, and use the mixer to mix, the mixing time is generally 90 seconds (depending on the weather conditions). Note: PART A and B must be mixed evenly, and the mixing time should not be too short or too long. A long time will cause the color pavement adhesive to solidify too quickly, which is not suitable for spreading, causing the color pavement adhesive to be scrapped or affecting the quality.
The dosage is 2.0-2.5 kg/ m2

| 4. Paving colored pavement adhesive
Pour the colored pavement adhesive on the ground to be applied and spread it with a long-hair roller.
Note: It is necessary to ensure that the colored pavement adhesive is evenly spread in the construction graphics. The colored pavement adhesive will be naturally self-leveling. The application staff should carefully check where the colored pavement adhesive is not evenly spread and try to ensure the thickness of the colored pavement adhesive is even. |
| 5. Throwing ceramic particles
The colored pavement adhesive is spread evenly while spraying ceramic particles.
Note: The ceramic particles should be sprayed evenly to completely cover the colored pavement adhesive. Because the conditions of various roads are different, it is necessary to repeatedly check whether the local colored road surface adhesive is not covered by the ceramic particles after the ceramic particles have been sprayed. In this case, the ceramic particles need to be sprayed again to achieve the effect of complete coverage. . In particular, it should be noted that the time from the mixing and spreading of the colored pavement adhesive to the completion of the ceramic particle spraying should be controlled within 15 minutes, otherwise it will affect the quality. (Dosage is 5-8 kg/ m2) |
| 6. Uncover the textured paper The masking paper must be removed within 15 minutes after the ceramic particles are scattered. Note: when the construction area is small, the masking paper should be uncovered immediately after the ceramic particles are scattered. If the time of uncovering the masking paper is delayed, the colored pavement adhesive left on the masking paper will solidify together with the materials in the figure, which is difficult to completely remove and affects the appearance. |

7. Recycling ceramic particles
About two hours after the ceramic particles are scattered, observe the solidification of the colored pavement adhesive. (generally, the color pavement adhesive can reach 90% solidification within 90 to 120 minutes, and the ceramic particle recycling operation can be carried out.) Note: ceramic particles mixed with garbage and sundries should not be recycled, let alone reused. |
| 8. After 4-6 hours of completion, the traffic can be released
