SP291LV (Low viscosity)

SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS
2. Thermal conductivity, flame retardant, CTI value ≥ 600;
3. Curing method: room temperature curing or 65ºC-30min can be fully cured.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES
