S857 is a heat curing, solvent free sealant based on a polyacrylic plastisol. It can be applied to clean, bare steel or electrocoat and accepts powder paint either cured or wet on wet.
It's used in high heat applications (200°C) where resistance to heat degradation and color change is important.
Similar with Terson 6302 and Sikapower 4508
SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

It is used for bonding clean steel or electrophoresis plate, and can be sprayed with powder paint after
wet adhesive or curing.
It is used for sealing, waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion of the inner and outer welds of the car
body.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES

Specially used for windshield and side glass of bus, car, railway vehicle (metro, high-speed rail), ship, spaceflight,
engineering machinery vehicle, carriage and special vehicle
- For glass steel and plastic accessories (car roof, side body and car front)

and elasticity, the bonding can bear high mechanical deformation force
