Product Description

SP286 is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly, high-strength, two-component polyurethane thermally conductive structural adhesive, it has excellent adhesion and aging resistance.

Key Features:
1. Thermal conductivity 1.2W/m.k, low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity efficiency;
2. High strength and high toughness;
3. It has moderate viscosity and little wear to glue equipment, and can be applied with glue dispenser or glue gun.

Typical Applications:
1. Thermal conductive bonding between energy storage battery cells;
2. Thermal conductive bonding between the energy storage battery cells and the top plate and side plates;
3. Thermal conductive bonding between the energy storage battery module and the PACK box, and between the battery cell and the PACK box.

Packing and Storage:
Shelf life: 6 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +8ºC to + 28ºC

Package specification:

Double tube packaging: 400ml/tube; 12 tubes/carton
Bucket: 5 gallon/bucket
Drum: 55 gallon/drum.
